Induction:
We want you to be the best which will enable us to be the best too. That's why when
you join Celsian, you’re not just pushed in at the deep end. We have developed a
comprehensive induction programme for the first 6 months of your employment, covering
an insight into Celsian, an understanding of the education recruitment sector along
with best practice skills which assist you in performing your role effectively.
Regular reviews:
You’ll never be able to say that you weren’t heard or didn’t understand the current
business focus. Our managers carry out daily review meetings (DRM), weekly 1-2-1’s,
monthly and quarterly reviews which will all be considered at an annual appraisal.
Training:
Understanding that our staff will have different skills, abilities and desire about
training needs we have a core set of training courses which are delivered throughout
your employment at the right time. Likewise we are keen to support all of our employees
interests and therefore will happily consider any requests for personal development.
